Toni was so pleasant and gracious with my request. I have 4 small children and needed groceries last minute. Alot of them. I emailed her around lunch time with my full page list and that same evening she had the groceries at my apartment. She managed to find my exact apartment and knocked on the door with a welcome smile. What sealed it was that she brought the groceries upstairs to my 2nd floor apartment while I was busy getting kids ready for bed. Awesome service!!
